The Rockets Stats
|
The Houston Rockets this season are doing well. Compared to last year. They have lost one good player, (Clyde Drexler) and gained one great player. Along with Charles Barkley, and Hakeem "the dream" Olajuwon the newest and some would say bigest aset to the team is here. Scottie Pippen came to the Rockets after the Bulls tragicly fell apart with the retirement of Michael Jordan. There current record with everyone imporntant to the team is. . .8 and 6 so far they are 3rd in the mid western division.

With the newcommer of Scottie Pippen, Charles Barkley has been able to show just a little of what he is capable of doing. For exzample he is averaging 18.3 points per game (ppg), helping the rockets out tremendously. To say the least. After being injured from 2/17 to 2/27 while he was under going arthoscopic surgery to repair the tear of the medial meniscus in his left knee. He also had a game high of 31 points and 15 rebounds and he also added 3 assists against the L.A. Lakers on 2/5, he has also made 8 out of 10 free throws.
